Data controller
The controller for data collected through portale3d.it is Yuri Nuresi, based in Laives (BZ), 39055, Italy, reachable at info@portale3d.it. PORTALE3D is a personal project that gathers software, games and music content in one place; it is not run by third parties and does not share data with advertising networks other than those that may be listed on this page.
What data we collect
The site uses Faro, an in-house traffic analytics system, to understand where visitors come from and which projects get the most views. Faro records:
- the browser's IP address and user-agent, stored only as a salted hash (never in plain text): on their own they cannot be traced back to a person's identity;
- an anonymous session and visitor identifier, to tell one visit from another and recognize returning visitors;
- the page visited, the date/time and — if present in the link — the referral source (e.g.
?src=reddit), to understand which channels work best and where to republish content.
We do not collect names, emails or other identifying data, unless voluntarily provided by writing to info@portale3d.it.
Advertising (once active)
The site is a candidate for the Google AdSense program. If and when ads are activated, Google and its advertising partners may set profiling cookies to show personalized advertising. From that point on, a consent banner compliant with European regulations will be shown before any non-essential cookie is set, and this notice will be updated with the list of active advertising providers and links to their respective privacy policies. As of today, no third-party advertising cookie is active on the site.
Purpose and legal basis
Navigation data, collected in pseudonymized form (salted hash), is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding and improving the service. Any future advertising profiling will be processed on the basis of the user's explicit consent, revocable at any time.
Retention
Aggregated traffic data is retained for internal statistical purposes. The specific durations of individual cookies are listed in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
As a data subject you have the right to access your data, request its rectification or deletion, object to processing and request its portability, under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR. To exercise these rights write to info@portale3d.it.
Hosting
The site is hosted on OVH infrastructure. Data collected by Faro stays on this infrastructure and is not transferred to third parties, except as indicated for any future advertising.
